Imitation French Pate
- 1/2 lb. liverwurst
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C. cream
- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Mash liverwurst and cream cheese together. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste. Serve with crackers.
Tip: May use a dash of curry powder.
Yield: 1 1/2 C.
