Impressive Bacon-Wrapped Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 cloves, crushed garlic
- 16 slices thin cut bacon
- 2 T. olive oil
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 5 T. red wine

Put the olive oil and garlic into a baking dish. Remove the skins from the chicken drumsticks and cut small slits into the meat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then rub with a little olive oil. Roll the bacon slices around the drumsticks and place the wrapped chicken into the baking dish. Top the chicken with rosemary and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. After 15 minutes, add the wine and bake for 25 more minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
