Ingredients
- 2 C. blueberries
- 2 C. sliced strawberries
- 1/4 C. sugar
- 1 Tbs. orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 2 Tbs. toasted, chopped almonds
Directions
In a medium saucepan, mix blueberries, strawberries, sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Stir over medium heat for 2 minutes. If desired, let cool. Spoon over ice cream and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
