- 1 large container ricotta cheese
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom
- 2-3 Tbs. rose water
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1 C. Half & Half (more if desired)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients except Half & Half into a smooth paste in a large bowl with hand-held mixer. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes until center is firm. Cool 10 minutes, cut into squares, pour half and half over it until covered. Refrigerate overnight (or at least a few hours). Use more Half & Half when serving to make it moister if you want. Enjoy!
