This recipe is eaten over mashed potatoes, toast, or rice. It's very filling, and it sticks to your ribs. It's a hungry man's dinner!

  • 2 cans tomato soup (large)
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bell pepers
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. flour
  • water

Brown hamburger meat, bell peppers, and onion in big soup pot until vegetables are tender.

Add soup, sugar, corn and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes. Turn heat back up, bring gravy to simmer. mix flour and water to make a paste. Add to gravy and cook until it thickens. Serve meat and gravy in a bowl over mashed potatoes.
