Indian Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 C. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 C. water
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix together lemon juice, water, pepper, coriander, cloves, bay leaves, and salt in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in a glass pan and pour sauce mixture over them. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for up to 10 hours. Remove from refrigerator when done and place chicken on a grill. Grill until cooked through.
