These small pizzas will delight with pesto, ricotta, mozzarella, and pepperoni.

  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • 1 C. ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbs. bottled pesto
  • 3.5 oz pkg. sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Divide each piece of dough in quarters. Roll each into 7 inch circle, transfer to greased sheet. Mix ricotta, pesto, salt and pepper to taste and pepperoni.

Spread each pizza with 3 tbs. ricotta. Top each with mozzarella. Bake 14 min.
