Indulgent Easy Peanut Butter Chip Fudge

- 2 C. milk chocolate chips
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 C. peanut butter chips
In a saucepan mix all the ingredients except for the peanut butter chips, melting the chocolate and stirring frequently over a low-medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter chips; just to distribute the chips throughout the mixture. Spread fudge mixture evenly onto wax paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Let chill for two hours or until firm. Flip fudge over onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Serve chilled, store any leftovers covered in refrigerator.
