  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (6-oz.) package fast-cooking wild rice mix
  • 1 (11-oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (8-oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Take out a casserole dish and spray it with cooking spray. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes, which is when the beef should be browned. Remember to stir periodically when cooking. Drain the meat when finished. Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Stir the rice, soup and milk into the beef and then transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Add the vegetables and black olives and thoroughly mix together. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. When finished, sprinkle cheese on top of the casserole and bake uncovered for 10 minutes, or when the cheese has melted. Serve.
