Enjoy a delicious pot pie with out actually having to stuff a pie crust! Serve this piping hot filling with your favorite biscuits (even cheddar biscuits!) for a simple alternative to this classic dish.

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C. frozen peas, carrots, and corn blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 C. chicken broth (or 1 chicken bouillon cube)
  • 1 can biscuits, prepared according to packaging

In your crockpot, combine chicken, cream of chicken, vegetable blends, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chicken broth. Cook on high for 4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender. Using a fork, shred chicken while still in crockpot. Serve with preferred biscuits.
