Instant Cappuccino Mix

This is a great mix to have around the house for when you entertain or when you need a little pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. powdered chocolate milk mix
  • 3/4 C. powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1/2 C. instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. To serve: Place 1 heaping Tbs. mix in a C. or mug. Add 1 C. boiling water and stir.
