The title says it all. This cheese calzone is intense! Make these ahead of time and place them in the freezer. When Christmas day comes along, bake them and you’ll have a great side dish or appetizer.

  • ¾ C. Ricotta cheese
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 C. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 egg white
  • Store bought dough

Stir all of the ingredients together, expect for the dough. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Roll out the dough into 8-inch circle. Spread the cheese filling onto half of the circle, leaving a 1-inch boarder around the edge. Wet your finger and spread the water onto the 1-inch boarder. Fold the dough over, and place it into the oven for 30 minute. Serve and enjoy with marinara sauce.
