  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liquor

Using a mixer, beat together the half and half, white sugar and brown sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Pour the mix into the ice cream machine and use as directed. Just before ice cream is ready add the liquor into the mix and let cream finish chilling. Place in container and store in freezer until hardened.
