Irish Crusted Fish
Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (any white fish)
- 1/2 C. breadcrumbs (unseasoned)
- 2 Tbs. melted butter or margarine
- 2 Tbs. fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- 2 tsp. minced spring onions
- 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C. heavy cream
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Butter or spray a casserole dish. Place fish in dish, skin side down. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, butter, parsley, mustard and onions. Add cheese and mix well. Place on fish making a crust, pat it down. Pour the cream over all and bake until fish is flak and the top is bubbly brown, about 20 minutes.
