Ingredients
- 3 lbs. fresh peas in the pod, shelled
- I to 3 sprigs mint
- I tsp. sugar
- Boiling salted water
- I Tbs. butter or margarine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook peas, mint, and sugar in water until peas are tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain; stir in butter, salt and pepper.
