We take a classic snack and give it an Italian spin with lots of seasonings. Pack this Italian beef jerky when you plan on going out all day.

  • 2 lb. steak
  • 2 Tbs. onion powder
  • 2/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. Italian dressing
  • 1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into strips. In a large bowl, mix onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, salt and Italian dressing. Mix in Worcestershire sauce. Place meat in container and combine with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. Insert toothpicks through top and hang from oven rack. Bake for 4 hours or until dried.
