Italian Breakfast Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Cut eggs in 4 parts each. Place onion in saucepan with butter and brown gently. Blend in flour. Add milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Add eggs, simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
