Italian Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 3 lb. ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. vanilla extract
- 1 rind of lemon
Directions
In a large bowl, mix ricotta and sugar and beat for 10 minutes. Add lemon and mix again. In a separate small bowl, beat eggs and vanilla for 10 minutes. Blend all together until smooth. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees in a greased and floured pan.
