  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 1 8-oz pkg. fine shredded Italian Cheese
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 5-6 white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic sea salt

Thaw pie crust completely. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll pie crust and press into tart dish or pie pan. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and press into crust. Spread 2/3 cheese over crust. Spread onions over cheese. Arrange mushroom slices into rings over onions. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and spread 1/2 remaining cheese over mushrooms. Arrange tomato slices into rings and sprinkle with garlic sea salt. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until crust is dark golden brown and cheese has browned. Let sit 5 minutes and serve.
