Ingredients

  • 2 C. Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1 C. frying oil
  • Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Season both sides of chicken strips with garlic salt and pepper. Coat tenders with Italian bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat oil to medium heat in frying pan. Add chicken and cook until golden on each side.
