Italian Chicken Noodle Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 C. diced cooked chicken breast
- 1 10 3/4 oz can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
- 1 3/4 C. chunky tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 C. hot-cooked noodles -- rinsed and drained
- 1/3 C. mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large skillet, combine chicken, chicken soup, and tomato sauce. Stir in Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Bring mixture to a boil. Add noodles. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes.
