  • 2 lbs. tilapia fillets
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon
  • Italian Dressing:
  • 3/4 C. coconut oil
  • 1T. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 C. white vinegar
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat the grill to medium heat, then brush oil on both sides of the tilapia fillets, sprinkle them with seasonings. You can add salt and pepper for taste. Place on the hot grill and cook for about 5 minutes. When cooked spritz some lemon juice on top and add the Italian dressing. To make the Italian dressing all you do is mix all of the ingredients together until mixture is smooth.
