Italian Green Beans
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 16-oz. can of tomatoes
- 16-oz. can of green beans
- pepper, to taste
- salt , to taste
- pinch of garlic, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, sage, and savory
- 2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet and saute' onion until yellow and transparent. Add tomatoes, green beans, and seasonings. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking at a reduced heat for an additional 8 - 10 minutes. Pour into a serving dish and top with grated cheese, and serve.
