Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 16-oz. can of tomatoes
  • 16-oz. can of green beans
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. sage
  • 1/8 tsp. savory
  • 2 Tbsp. grated cheese

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet and saute' onion until yellow and transparent. Add tomatoes, green beans, and seasonings. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking at a reduced heat for an additional 8 - 10 minutes. Pour into a serving dish and top with grated cheese, and serve.
