Italian Hot Stuffed Cherry Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 C. seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 medium can of pitted black olives, drained
- 1 medium jar or can green olives (no pimentos), drained
- 1/2 tin of anchovies (substitute tuna if desired)
- 1 gallon jar hot cherry peppers
Directions
Cut off the tops of the peppers, de-seed and rinse bodies. Set aside. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Stuff empty pepper shells.
