  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ C. alfredo sauce
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ C. green olives, sliced
  • 1 C. fresh arugula

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out pizza dough onto a pizza pan in a 12-inch circle shape. Prepare crust by folding over edges slightly. Brush with olive oil and minced garlic. Evenly spread alfredo sauce on pizza, excluding the crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with tomatoes, olives and arugula. Serve.
