Italian Market Salad
Ingredients
- 2 bags Success or Minute Rice, boil in bag rice, cooked, drained and cooled
- 2 can Hormel chunk ham, drained and flaked
- 1 C. small cube, mozzarella cheese
- 1 C. small cube, Monterey jack cheese
- 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced small
- 1/2 C. sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 C. 7-Seasons Italian salad dressing, or more to taste
- 1 bell pepper, slivered fine
- 3 oz. sliced pepperoni, slices cut in half
- 6 green onions, sliced thin
- 1/4 C. frozen peas, cooked with rice
Directions
Refrigerate rice and peas until they are good and cold. In large bowl, add everything together and mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving. After first hour and a half, remove from refrigerator and stir well, taste and add more salad dressing if needed.
