  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. of penne pasta
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) Italian style frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 C. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Return to pan. Stir in pasta sauce, meatballs and tomato sauce. Pour mixture in a 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spoon cheese mixture in pasta. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
