  • 1 C. nuts
  • 1/2 C. margarine
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Grind nuts. Beat margarine, honey and eggs together with mixer at medium speed. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, ground nuts and baking powder. Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed mixture. Beat at a slow speed until blended. Dough will be soft. Divide in half. On an oiled baking sheet, make 2 logs about 2-3 inches wide and about 12 inches long. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool about 10 minutes. Cut 1/2-inch thick slices. Bake again for about 15 minutes. Let cool. Serve up with a cappuccino.
