Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 3 C. fusilli pasta
- 1 C. salami, sliced
- one 8-oz. container mozzarella balls
- 2 C. oven roasted vegetables, diced
- 1/2 C. kalamata olives
- 1 C. canned artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/4 C. balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 C. fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
