Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella
Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pkg. of Shake n Bake Original Pork Seasoned Coating mix
- 1 1/2 C. of spaghetti sauce
- 1 C. of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Aluminum Foil
Directions
Coat the chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place the chops on Aluminum Foil lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes or until cooked through. top the chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the sauce is warm and the cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
