This zesty baked Italian sausage recipe will go perfect with tonight's dinner. Homemade tomato sauce over Italian sausage, carrots, and peas.

  • Nonstick Cooking Spray
  • 2 cups Large Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Italian Sausage, chopped
  • 2 cups Peas, frozen
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Grease a casserole dish.
Add carrots, sausage, and peas to dish.
In a medium sauce pan, add tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, and sugar.
Cook until blended and heated through.
Pour over vegetables in the pan.
Cook for 30-45 minutes on 350 degrees or until vegetables are tender.
