Italian Sausage and Carrots

- Nonstick Cooking Spray
- 2 cups Large Carrots, chopped
- 2 cups Italian Sausage, chopped
- 2 cups Peas, frozen
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- pinch of sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
Grease a casserole dish.
Add carrots, sausage, and peas to dish.
In a medium sauce pan, add tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, and sugar.
Cook until blended and heated through.
Pour over vegetables in the pan.
Cook for 30-45 minutes on 350 degrees or until vegetables are tender.
