Italian Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper; julienned
- 1 green pepper; julienned
- 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage; browned, cut into 2" pieces
- 2 onions; sliced
- 1 medium potatoes; diced into l" pieces
- 2 Tbs. dry basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes (3 C.); diced with juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients into large covered casserole and bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 hrs.
Serves 4.
