  • 1 Package of Italian Sausage, Chopped
  • 3 Potatoes, Chopped
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, melt butter and add in sausage and onions.
Cook until onions are tender and sausage is browned.
Add two cups of cheese to a 9x13 casserole dish.
Place sausage and onions on top.
Add in potatoes.
Put the rest of the cheese over it.
Mix milk, eggs, and seasoning together.
Pour into the dish and bake for 40 minutes.
