Italian Sausage Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 2 qt. water
- 2 Tbs. instant beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 C. (10 oz. pkg.) frozen chopped spinach
- 6 oz. medium egg noodles uncooked
Directions
Cook sausage and onion in a 4 qt. nonstick saucepan until sausage is browned and onion is tender. Drain off drippings. Stir in water, bouillon, paprika and uncooked noodles. Boil 4 minutes or until noodles are tender.298 calories per serving.
