Italian Sausage Soup

When I made this for my family, there just wasn't enough. They always wanted more.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 2 qt. water
  • 2 Tbs. instant beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 C. (10 oz. pkg.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 oz. medium egg noodles uncooked

Directions

Cook sausage and onion in a 4 qt. nonstick saucepan until sausage is browned and onion is tender. Drain off drippings. Stir in water, bouillon, paprika and uncooked noodles. Boil 4 minutes or until noodles are tender.298 calories per serving.
