Italian Sausage with Green Peppers
- 2-lb. sausage
- 1 can tomatoes
- 3-4 green peppers, quartered
Brown sausage in large frying pan. Drain off most of grease. Add whole tomatoes., well-mashed. After mixture starts to bowl, cover and reduce flame and allow to simmer. When sausage is half done, add quartered pepper and simmer until done.
