  • 1 lb. sirloin steaks
  • 2 Tbs. fresh basil, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. red tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Place steaks on the grill at medium heat and sprinkle with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.  About a minute before your steaks are grilled to your desired doneness, add tomatoes.
