Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb. round or chuck hamburger
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 3 cans water
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Sauté onions and garlic in 1/4 C. olive oil. Add meat, all spices and salt and pepper. When redness is gone from meat, add tomato paste. Mix well and add water. When mixture starts to boil, lower flame with lid partly off pan and simmer for at least 2 hours.
