Steak and potatoes are a classic dish, and this is an Italian twist with traditional spices and olive oil. Serve with tomato chutney.

  • 4 sirloin steaks
  • 4 pounds New Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Preheat your oven to 450. Place your potatoes into a 9x9 dish. Mix together all of the spices and the olive oil. Brush the oil mixture onto the potatoes and roast the potatoes for 45-50 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, brush the remaining oil mixture onto the steaks and panfry them on medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve with the potatoes and enjoy!
