This crock pot roast recipe is so simple. Just pop your roast the freezer to your crock pot and let the pot do the work. This meal is even as delicious as it is easy to make. I don't remember how the idea came for this exceptional roast but I do know one thing, I'm always asking for ideas and ways to save time. The appearance is wonderful. Simply spread out on your platter with all your favorites surrounding it: potatoes, carrots, onions, etc.

Take the roast out of the freezer about 30 minutes prior to cooking. Place the roast in the crock pot. Pour the Italian dressing over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Cut up onions and bell peppers if desired, place on top and cover. Cook for 8 hours. Let cool and take roast out of crock pot and put in 9x13-inch dish to serve. Pour juice gravy over the dish using a strainer. Cover and seal until you get home.
