Italian Style Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. sirloin tip roast
- 1/3 C. Italian dressing
- salt and pepper
- Optional:
- onions
- bell peppers

Directions
Take the roast out of the freezer about 30 minutes prior to cooking. Place the roast in the crock pot. Pour the Italian dressing over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Cut up onions and bell peppers if desired, place on top and cover. Cook for 8 hours. Let cool and take roast out of crock pot and put in 9x13-inch dish to serve. Pour juice gravy over the dish using a strainer. Cover and seal until you get home.
