Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 C. bread crumbs
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. vinaigrette
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, eggs and bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Add tomatoes and cheese. Season with vinaigrette, oregano and basil. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
