Italian White Bean Salad (Cannellini Beans)
Ingredients
- 2 15-oz. cans cannellini beans
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 2/3 C. red onions, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. wine vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Best when prepared a day in advance.
