Italian White Bean Salad (Cannellini Beans)

I have been making this recipe for so long that I don't even remember where it came from! It's delicious!

  • 2 15-oz. cans cannellini beans
  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 2/3 C. red onions, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients and toss well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Best when prepared a day in advance.
