J. Harrod's Baked Salmon Parmesan

This simple dish is impressive-looking and always tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 C. melted butter
  • 2 8 oz. salmon filets

Directions

In a shallow bowl combine the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese. Add the melted butter. Mix well. Place about half of the cheese mixture on top of each filet. Press into the fish to create an even coating. Refrigerate 2 hours. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for

15-18 minutes.
