  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 24 jalapeno peppers sliced lengthwise and seeded
  • 24 slices bacon

First, you’ll need to preheat your oven to 400F.
Next, line two large baking sheets with aluminum foil.
Once your materials were ready, you should start to prep your ingredients. Combine your cream cheese and shredded cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Allowing the cream cheese to thaw for about 20 minutes will help with mixing.
Once your cheese mixture is ready, fill your halved jalapenos with it. Then, put your slices back together (creating a jalapeno sandwich) and wrap each with a slice of uncooked bacon.
Finally, you must place your peppers onto you baking sheets and bake them for about 15 minutes or until your bacon is crispy.
