Jalapeno Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1/2 C. water
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 1/3 C. bread flour
- 1/2 C. cornmeal
- 1 Tbs. white sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 C. whole kernel corn
- 1 Tbs. chopped jalapeno pepper
Directions
If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the peppers and whole kernel corn at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished. Select basic bread setting. Start.
