  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ C. water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 16 tortillas
  • 2 C. Mexican blend cheese, shredded

In a crockpot, add chicken, cream cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Shred chicken in crockpot and stir to incorporate with other ingredients. On a greased baking sheet, roll up chicken mixture and cheese in tortillas tightly. Spray heavily with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with preferred dipping sauces!
