Jalapeno Jelly Cookies

Add a little spice to your cookies with jalapeno jelly! Although there's no sugar added, the sweet chocolate chips and cake mix will balance out the spiciness.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. jalapeno jelly, warmed in microwave
  • 1 box cake mix, your choice on flavors
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 C. chocolate chips
  • 1 C. chopped pecans (if you're making pineapple cookies use macadamia nuts)

Directions

Beat the eggs with the jelly and blend in the cake mix. Add the chocolate chips and the nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonful on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees around 10-12 minutes or till set.
