Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

This cheesecake is not your typical dessert and should probably be served with the meal as a side dish. A kick from the jalapeno plus garlic and cheese makes this a unique dish that everyone will want to try.

Ingredients

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. minced garlic
5 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. Jalapeno pepper jelly

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Add 4 oz. of pepper jelly. Pour into an oiled springform pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes along with a pan of water to keep cake moist. Cool completely. Top with remaining jelly.
