  • 5 oz. beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 tsp. garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger, finely minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. steak sauce
  • 5 Tbs. cooking oil

Place the slices of beef in a bowl and toss with 2 Tbs. soy sauce. Mix well. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet and add the beef and soy sauce. Cook and stir until the meat changes color. Add the garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook for an additional 30 seconds. Add the cabbage and toss. Pour in the remaining soy sauce and add the sugar. Cook, tossing just until the cabbage starts to turn soft. Turn off the heat and pour in the steak sauce. Toss and serve.
