  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 T. miso
  • 4 T. butter

Slice your corn in half or in thirds. Set out your butter to soften it, do not melt. In a bowl, mix the miso and soft butter together to form a paste. Rub the miso butter over the corn. Grill your corn until the kernels are just starting to brown. Top with additional miso butter and serve.
